Clicking 'send' will send your results to your instructor, supposedly. In actuality, it may open a mail window, and then you might have the option to add your own email address as a recipient, so this will either get sent to me (and I can forward it to you), or you might be able to send it to yourself, or both. The information will not be encrypted, so it will be like any other email. An alternate option is to copy and paste the information into Word, or to use this form as a guide as you write your answers elsewhere. You may get several warning messages, depending on your computer. Just ignore those by clicking the approriate responses.
